How To Get Started Today!
The Leadership Lab is a flexible program and we have created three different ways you can get started today.
In-House Program
Many companies bring the Lab in-house in-house and can include as many as 30 participants. We strongly recommend you start with our Core Modules and other modules can be customized to accomplish specific results you want. In-house programs range from four to 12 months and can include individual and group coaching.
"Master Mind" Group
The Master Mind group is a program will focus on the core modules and may include other modules depending on the current offering. This format usually consists of leaders from different companies and industries. The live meetings are more interactive and homework is assigned between sessions.
One-To-One Coaching
The Leadership Lab is highly effective as a "coaching" program. This option provides the participant personalized and intensive attention from one or our incredible coaches. The one-to-one option offer maximum flexibility and customization. The participant will work through the core program content plus receive rigorous personalized coaching.
