Executive Peer Groups Adding New CEO Members Before March Launch in Conejo Valley and Ventura County
[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Los Angeles, CA (March 2, 2020) – Starting this month, executives from diverse industries will come together for a small group, professionally facilitated peer-to-peer discussions designed to increase collaboration and encourage business growth and innovation. Spots are still available for CEOs to join two new Black Diamond Leadership Executive Peer Groups in the Conejo Valley and Ventura County launching this March.
Executives from diverse industries face similar leadership, management, and business challenges. Overcoming them together produces game-changing results. Black Diamond Leadership’s Executive Peer Groups program helps leaders solve their most complex business challenges through collaboration. Peer groups are made up of 10-16 non-competitive industry executives and meet monthly, serving as an alternative to corporate boards of directors by providing the confidential opportunity for peer-based feedback.
Each peer group engages with topical guest speakers and utilizes professionally facilitated meeting time to build more robust professional networks, share best practices, and identify obstacles to business growth and success. Participants access the knowledge and insight of their peers and the opportunity to meet and support executives within their local community.
